Sr Division Order Analyst – Fort Worth, Texas, United States (Job ID #2939)
The primary responsibility of this position is the organization and analysis of unit information obtained from leases, agreements, drilling and division order title opinions, title requirements, curative, and other land related documents. This information is used to create and amend divisions of interest for billing, revenue disbursements, division/transfer orders, and to set up and maintain revenue, JIB, take‑in‑kind, and related decks. The senior division order analyst mentors junior analysts and reports to the Division Order Supervisor. Hybrid schedule.

Minimum Education: Bachelors in Business Administration, Petroleum Land Management, Energy Management, Accounting or related field preferred.
Minimum Experience: 8+ years experience.
Professional Certifications/Training Preferred: Certified Division Order Analyst (CDOA), National Association of Division Order Analysts (NADOA), Dallas Fort Worth Association of Division Order Analysts (DALWORTH).

Working Conditions: Working conditions vary based on the location of the work performed. Work performed in an office is typically in a climate‑controlled indoor setting. Work performed in the field may require the employee to be subjected to seasonal field conditions ranging from normal to extreme temperature and weather conditions and employees must be able to work in remote, isolated areas.
