Job summary

Watlow in Winona, MN is seeking an assembler to set up and operate equipment and tools to assemble products, ensuring quality and adherence to procedures. You may test products using established procedures and work both independently and in teams.

The role requires a high-school diploma or GED with up to 3 years of related experience; a two-year degree or technical certificate is preferred. Shifts run Sun–Thu, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM, with a pay rate of $23.06/hour plus shift differential.

Position Summary:

Experienced position consisting of assembly set-up and operating equipment, tools, machinery, and complex equipment to prepare and assemble product, ensuring all product meets quality standards. May test products using established procedures.

Shift Hours:

Sun – Thurs; 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Pay Rate:

$23.06/hour + shift differential
