Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 Services, LLC is seeking a seasoned professional to analyze and plan fiber networks in the United States. You will partner across teams to document reporting methods and drive performance improvements, serving as a liaison on strategic projects.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of related experience and a fiber telecom background with GPON/XGS-PON insight. Location-based pay ranges reflect market levels, with emphasis on collaboration and client advocacy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years related experience with Bachelors.
• 2+ years related experience with Masters.
• Fiber telecom background in planning, engineering, or project management in FTTx technologies, GPON, or XGS-PON.
• Deep understanding of fiber optic networks, optical splitting, and GPON network architecture.

The Role

Supports complex, diverse, and/or technical analysis in regard to planning, programs and systems. Partners to develop and document reporting methods and practices to assist in driving business visibility and performance improvement. Acts as a liaison on specific projects with other work areas.

What We Look For In a Candidate

• 4+ years related experience with Bachelors


• 2+ years related experience with Masters

Preferred Experience

• Fiber telecommunication background in planning, engineering, or project management in FTTx technologies, GPON, or XGS-PON


• Deep understanding of fiber optic networks, optical splitting, and GPON network architecture


• ISP experience with OLT/ONT configurations and equipment from manufacturers including Calix, Adtran, Nokia


• OSP experience planning, designing, engineering, deploying, and/or project managing aerial, buried, and underground finer optic networks

Education

• Bachelors or Equivalent

Compensation

• This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.


• Location Based Pay Ranges:

$65,000-$108,000
