Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 Services, LLC is seeking a seasoned professional to support complex, diverse, and technical analysis for planning, programs, and systems. You will partner to develop reporting methods and drive business visibility and performance improvement, acting as a liaison across projects.

Responsibilities include delivering clear data requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and guiding data analysis and visualization initiatives for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• 4+ years related experience with Bachelor's
• 2+ years related experience with Masters
• Bachelors or Equivalent required

The Role

Supports complex, diverse, and/or technical analysis in regard to planning, programs and systems. Partners to develop and document reporting methods and practices to assist in driving business visibility and performance improvement. Acts as a liaison on specific projects with other work areas.

What We Look For in a Candidate

• 4+ years related experience with Bachelors
• 2+ years related experience with Masters

Preferred Experience

• Fiber telecommunication background in planning, engineering, or project management in FTTx technologies, GPON, or XGS-PON
• Deep understanding of fiber optic networks, optical splitting, and GPON network architecture
• ISP experience with OLT/ONT configurations and equipment from manufacturers including Calix, Adtran, Nokia
• OSP experience planning, designing, engineering, deploying, and/or project managing aerial, buried, and underground finer optic networks

Education

• Bachelors or Equivalent

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

• $65,000-$108,000
