Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Sr. OBA in the Jacksonville center. The role combines traditional OBA responsibilities with team leadership for processes and technical components, acting as a strong partner to OBS for operational escalations.

You will drive problem resolution within the team and support ongoing performance objectives. The position emphasizes coaching for new hires, regular CTS reporting, and timely ACT portal reviews.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of tenure in the Jacksonville Center and Exceeds Expectations ranking on last performance/competency review.
• Promotion to Sr. OBA comp bands upon promotion or a $3K increase depending on current compensation.
• Compensation within the range of $47,000–$56,000 with a $4k quarterly bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OBA team and partner with OBS for escalations.
• Coordinate reporting and communication with TEA/TES weekly.
• Review ACT work portal queues and ensure timely item clearance.
• Ensure daily comment entry updates for OBA candidates.

OBA Promotion Criteria:

The OBA must have 1 year of tenure in the Jacksonville Center and also have been ranking as Exceeds Expectations on their last performance review and/or competency review to be considered for the promotion and will go through an interview with the OBM. The NOM will present the promotion nomination to the FSG Director for approval. Candidate must have superior coaching abilities as well as exceed in all operations. Candidate must have a strong understanding of policies and operating rhythm, commitment to TEKsystems core values and dedication to the FSG overall vision and mindset.

We will review OBA promotions quarterly and the SR. CRA promotions will occur no sooner than 30 days within the role.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

The OBA will perform their traditional operational role and responsibilities and also be a team lead as it relates to the processes and technical components of the job. The OBA will be a strong partner to their OBS for operational escalations from both the field and the center and drive problem resolution within their team.

Sr. OBA:

• Partners with OBS group to identify operational trends, patterns and gaps along with providing solutions and advice based on role expertise
  • Attend OBS meeting once a month to discuss – picks an operational agenda item for each month to discuss with OBS group
• Clear to Start Reporting
  • Sends CTS reporting to TEA/TES every week
• ACT Clearance – Work Portal
  • Review ACT work portal queue to ensure all items sent out before 4 p.m. (ESFs/backgrounds/drug tests) for respective OBA team; provides OBS with updates once portal is all clear
• Comment Entry
  • Reviews respective OBA team candidates to ensure comment entry has been updated daily
• Coach for all hew hires

Compensation:A OBA will move into the Sr. OBA comp bands upon promotion or receive a $3K increase depending on the associate’s current compensation.

($47,000-$56,000, + $4k bonus potential paid quarterly)
