Tyson Foods is seeking a Sr. Nurse Supervisor to lead the occupational health program at an assigned facility.
You will oversee nursing practices, ensure OSHA-compliant reporting and recordkeeping, and partner with facility management to deliver health updates and interventions. The Sr. Nurse Supervisor is responsible for providing high‑quality professional nursing care and leading the occupational health programs at an assigned facility. This role oversees the implementation and maintenance of facility‑level occupational health policies, procedures, and nursing practices within the appropriate scope.
Current unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse is required. Bachelor s degree preferred.
2 years management experience and knowledge of occupational health nursing or relevant nursing field preferred.
Basic computer skills. Ability to work with an electronic medical documentation system.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and independent decision making and problem‑solving skills.
1 to 2 domestic trips per year.
Must be able to walk unassisted through the plant, quickly respond to medical emergencies, climb stairs, assess team members swiftly, and perform CPR if required as well as ensuring team members and supervisors are following prescribed modified restricted duty requirements.
