Job summary

Transworld Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced software developer to design and implement enterprise applications using C# and .NET technologies. The role emphasizes full stack web development, MVC, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and RESTful services in a remote work setup.

The candidate should have at least 6 years of professional experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to deploy solutions to production, write clean code, and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• College Degree in a technical field or relevant work experience.
• At least 6 years as a practicing software developer.
• Advanced experience in C# and .NET version 4.5 or newer.
• Experience with ASP.Net Core & NET MVC.
• Experience with WCF, Web API, REST and multi-tier distributed systems.
• Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, AngularJS, Bootstrap) and jQuery.
• Familiarity with gRPC, GraphQL and OData.
• Strong SQL and data store technologies.
• Data Access ORM (Dapper and Entity Framework).

Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of MS development frameworks and tool sets.
• Develop web applications focusing on MVC, .NET Core architecture.
• Design relational databases and data access layers; write SQL.
• Collaborate in a team-based development environment.
• Assist deployment to production; perform testing and troubleshooting.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $95 - $140K (exempt/annual salary)

Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of MS development frameworks and tool sets - Visual Studio, ASP.Net, SQL Server, IIS


• Experienced in object-oriented programming concepts, interfaces and abstraction layers. Strong emphasis on web development and familiar with MVC pattern,.Net Core Acrhitecture.


• Solid understanding of relational database design. Experience with data access layers. Ability to write and maintain SQL code.


• Ability to work and write code in a team based environment.


• Supports deployment of solutions into production environments. Performs testing and trouble-shooting as required.


• Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.


• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in C# and .NET version 4.5 or newer Advanced abilities coding in JavaScript, Typescript, and Angular JS Experience with ASP.Net Core & NET MVC.


• Experience with WCF, Web API, REST and multi-tier distributed systems.


• Experience or Familiarity with Clean Code, Software Engineering Standard, Best Practices, Design Patterns (Singleton, Method Factory, Abstract Factory, Strategy Pattern, etc.), Programming Principles (KISS, DAMP, SOLID, etc.), Software Architecture (3-Tier, N-Trie, Clean Architecture, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Micro-Services)


• Familiarity with gRPC, graphQL and OData


• Application Security (encryption, secure messaging).


• Solid experience in SQL and data store technologies.


• Data Access ORM (Dapper and Entity Framework)


• Proficiency with JavaScript, CSS and HTML5, JavaScript frameworks (Angular.js, Angular 16 or higher, Bootstrap), Libraries(jQuery), Vanilla Javascript


• Comfortable with Agile processes, ability to work in a full stack software development.environment.


• Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office.


• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.


• Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.


• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
