Are you a creative problem-solver with a passion for motion design? We are seeking a talented Senior Motion Designer to join our dynamic team and create visually compelling solutions across social, broadcast, and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute motion graphics and animations for various platforms.
• Pitch and clearly articulate concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, copywriters, project and account managers.
• Enhance final deliverables with video editing, color correction/grading, sound design, and VFX.
• Maintain a deep technical understanding of video post-production and motion design requirements.
• Work independently or collaboratively on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Deliver video and motion design solutions that align with the brand's creative direction and objectives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior-level team members as needed.

Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in motion design, video editing, video production or a related creative role.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and Illustrator.
• Strong skills in video editing, sound design, VFX, Mograph, and technical motion workflows.
• Ability to problem-solve creatively and efficiently.
• Exceptional ability to pitch and communicate concepts to stakeholders and team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Preferred Skills

• Agency experience.
• Moderate to proficient understanding of Cinema 4D and Figma.
• Experience with motion AI prompting and creation.
• Videography, video production, and photography skills.
