Cornerstone Capital Bank in Lynnwood, WA is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to grow production by building trust, developing relationships with Realtors and referral partners, and closing loans.

You’ll work with a strong ops team to manage an active pipeline, provide guidance on loan products, and deliver exceptional client experiences. A robust compensation plan, lending support, and access to many product sources are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of consecutive, recent mortgage loan origination experience with demonstrated production success.
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS for applicable state(s), or ability to obtain licensing within 60 days of hire.
• Established track record of self-generated business and referral partner development.
• Strong Realtor, builder, or professional referral network.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a consistent loan pipeline.
