Qualifications

• AAS degree or Diploma in Computer Integrated Manufacturing or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience with conventional, manual, and CNC machine tools.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD/CAM to generate CNC programs and set up various machine tools.
• Perform complex setups and ensure parts conform to print/specifications.
• Inspect finished parts with precision measurement tools.
• Plan and fabricate dies, tools, and fixtures; perform routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Production and Quality Assurance on feasibility and continuous improvement.

Are You Looking to

• Utilize 2D and 3D computer aided design and manufacturing software (CAD/CAM) to generate CNC programs.
• Perform complex setups on machine types to ensure that completed parts conform to print and process specifications.
• Inspect finished parts using microscopes, tool maker's scope, micrometers, gage pins, thread gages, indicators, calipers or other equipment.

Are You Ready to

• Plan, fabricate, and construct dies, tools, and fixtures.
• Perform routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Production and Quality Assurance regarding feasibility and capability to produce new products with a goal of continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• AAS degree or Diploma in Computer Integrated Manufacturing or related discipline.
• 10 plus years relevant experience in conventional, manual, and computer-numeric controlled (CNC) machine tools or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
