Job summary

Bel Fuse Inc. (Cinch Connectivity Solutions) in Minnesota seeks a CNC Machinist to set up, operate and monitor CNC machines in a busy machine shop, producing high quality parts for aerospace and defense customers.

You will perform complex setups from programs, inspect components with microscopes, calipers and gauges, adjust offsets to meet tolerances, and maintain production schedules while following strict safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience.
• Manufacturing experience or specialized training preferred.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex setups from programs on machines to ensure parts meet prints and specifications.
• Operate machines to produce parts per print and process specifications.
• Accurately inspect finished parts using microscopes, micrometers, calipers and gauges.
• Adjust machine offsets to achieve required tolerances.
• Maintain adherence to production schedules and established inspection procedures.

Are You Looking To

• Perform complex setups from programs on machines to ensure that completed parts conform to print and process specifications.
• Operate machines to ensure that completed parts conform to print and process specifications.
• Accurately inspect finished parts using microscopes, tool maker's scope, micrometers, OGP, gage pins, thread gages, indicators, calipers, or other equipment.
• Adjust machine off-sets to achieve required tolerances.
• Maintain adherence to production schedules and ensure quality inspections are completed in accordance with established procedures.

Job Requirements

What You'll Need
