Job summary

Cinch Connectivity Solutions is seeking a CNC Machine Operator in the United States (MN, Waseca). You will operate CNC machines, monitor output, and perform precise inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and monitor performance to ensure parts meet print/specifications.
• Inspect finished parts using gauges and measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.).
• Adjust machine offsets to achieve required tolerances.
• Maintain production schedules and complete quality inspections per procedures.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.

Are You Looking to

• Operate machines to ensure that completed parts conform to print and process specifications.
• Accurately inspect finished parts using microscopes, tool maker's scope, micrometers, OGP, gage pins, thread gages, indicators, calipers or other equipment.
• Make adjustments to machine off-sets to achieve required tolerances.
• Maintain adherence to production schedules and ensure quality inspections are completed in accordance with established procedures.

Are You Ready to

• Assigned work area, tools and gauges will be clean, and kept neat, safe and orderly at all times.
• Perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by communicating in a manner that interfaces well with customers, co-workers, and management members.
• Follow and continually monitor established safety procedures to assure a clean and safe work environment is promoted and maintained.

What You'll Need
