NXP Semiconductors NV in Chandler, AZ is seeking a senior Test Engineer to lead production test development for WLAN, Bluetooth, and UWB SOC devices. You will work on ATE-based programs, from design kickoff to production release, and tackle design-for-test concepts to improve efficiency.

You will collaborate with Design, Systems, and Software teams, bringing RF/analog testing expertise and ownership to drive robust device implementations and cost reductions across product lines.

Competenze

• Masters or Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 10+ years of experience.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Self-driven, able to take ownership and initiative of all project aspects.
• Strong programming background (C++, Java, Visual Basic).
• RF and mmWave testing experience a big plus.
• Fluent in English.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developproduction, qualification and characterization test programs for WLAN, BT, and UWB system on a chip (SOC) devices on ATE (Automatic Test Equipment)
• Advantest93K/Exascale, Teradyne UFLEX/UFLEX+ ATE experience preferred
• Testdevelopment from design kick-off to production release
• Debugdesign and process related yield and performance problems
• Developnew DFT (Design for Test) concepts and
  test techniques to improve test efficiency and reduce cost of test
• Collaborate closely with Design, Systems, and Software teams to drive innovative new RF/analog test methods and accompanying device design implementation (Built in self-test, firmware-based testing, etc.)
• Work across product lines and other teams to drive new DFT and Test Engineering approaches within the group and across the company.

Job Requirements:

• Mastersor Bachelor of Science degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience
• Strongcommunication andproblem solvingskills
