Base pay range

$147,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Global Trade Compliance to lead compliance operations for a major communications systems sector. This on‑site role manages a team of eight and plays a critical part in ensuring adherence to U.S. export/import regulations while supporting international business growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor trade compliance teams; foster a collaborative culture
• Develop and enforce trade compliance policies and procedures
• Act as Empowered Official; interpret ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations
• Manage export authorizations and ensure timely licensing for key programs
• Partner with Business Development, Operations, and Engineering to integrate compliance into business strategies
• Support audits, investigations, and compliance reporting
• Domestic travel up to 20%

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience (or equivalent)
• 3+ years leading high‑performing teams
• 5+ years with ITAR, EAR, and U.S. trade sanctions (OFAC)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OCR EASE or similar tools
• Military or Foreign Military Sales background
• Technical expertise and ability to interpret complex regulations
