Qualifications

• 4 years experience in a clinical lab, including 1 year in the appropriate section.
• Current license as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist and ASCP certification.

Job Summary

This role involves performing routine and specialized tests, coordinating new procedures, resolving technical problems, and supervising laboratory operations to ensure reliable patient testing and timely services. The supervisor monitors quality activities, ensures compliance with policies and accreditation standards, and maintains confidentiality of patient information.

Shift Hours

3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Work Experience: 4 years in a clinical lab, including at least 1 year in the appropriate section, documented or verified by a medical director's letter
• Certifications: Current license as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (Generalist or Specialist), meets CLIA and CAP standards, and ASCP certification as a Medical Technologist
