Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Perform and supervise routine and breakdown inspection, repair, troubleshooting, modification, installation, and commissioning of mechanical equipment such as compressors, cryogenic pumps, gear drives, turbines, vessels, heat exchangers, and expanders across various facilities.
  2. Develop work scopes for repairs and overhauls; prepare technical reports; document information in CMMS (SAP).
  3. Provide technical leadership to improve machinery condition and reliability.
  4. Offer on-site and remote training to plant personnel, supporting maintenance activities.
  5. Develop refurbishment procedures for worn components and oversee repairs and spare parts replacements based on engineering recommendations.
Location and Travel

This role is residence-based, primarily covering the North subregion, with some travel to other areas. Expect approximately 70-75% travel, responding to requirements on a 24/7 basis. Reside within 1 hour of a major airport.

Qualifications/Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance, start-up, and commissioning of industrial rotating machinery and plant equipment.
  2. High School diploma.
  3. Practical knowledge of machinery overhauls and refurbishment.
  4. Good organizational skills; capable of working independently and leading a crew.
  5. Supervisory experience.
  6. Demonstrated safety skills.
  7. Basic computer skills.
  8. Willing to work extended hours and travel on short notice.
  9. Ability to work in industrial environments, including lifting, climbing, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
