Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced electro-mechanical motion control products for industrial automation and defense applications. This role will focus on mechanical design, product development, system architecture, and collaboration with customers to deliver innovative, reliable, and manufacturable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on machine design experience, technical leadership skills, and a background in precision mechanical systems and power transmission.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of electro-mechanical actuation systems, precision components, and power transmission products.
• Develop mechanical designs involving bearings, gears, motors, drives, linear motion components, and machined assemblies.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, FEA analyses, and tolerance specifications.
• Lead system-level product architecture, design requirements, and technical development.
• Collaborate directly with customers, engineering teams, and program managers to develop solutions that meet performance requirements.
• Evaluate designs for performance, reliability, cost, and manufacturability.
• Support product development, technical proposals, design reviews, and risk assessments.
• Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and product management teams to bring products from concept through production.
