The Mechanical Engineer designs mechanical components and assemblies in a cost effective manner that meets customer specifications and necessary product performance for automated welding equipment and Additive Manufacturing Systems. Responsibilities associated with this position are typically performed in an office setting or designated administrative area and requires occasional visits to customer facilities, vendor facilities and trade shows/conferences. Frequent movement through industrial or manufacturing areas is required along with the use of appropriate personal protective wear and consistent observance of established safety policies at all times. Applicants must be able to work on-site a minimum of 3 days per week.
