Qualifications

Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist

Pay Rate: $64.50-$65.00/hour
Location: Lafayette, CO
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist to develop and execute integrated marketing programs supporting brand growth, technology adoption, new product launches, and strategic initiatives.

This role will partner with creative, digital, agency, regional, and cross-functional teams to develop customer-focused campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has strong experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, omnichannel campaigns, brand strategy, customer journey development, and campaign measurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated and omnichannel marketing campaigns.
• Create marketing strategies, business cases, budgets, and execution plans.
• Develop customer personas and map customer journeys and media consumption behaviors.
• Partner with creative, digital, agency, and regional marketing teams.
• Support new product launches and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Develop content strategies across paid, owned, earned, and shared media.
• Manage sponsorship and partnership activation strategies.
• Establish KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness and business impact.
• Analyze customer and campaign insights to optimize marketing programs.
• Manage complex marketing projects from strategy through execution.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with integrated marketing and digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of omnichannel marketing, brand strategy, content development, and customer journey mapping.
• Experience developing and measuring marketing KPIs.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Healthcare, medical device, MedTech, or regulated-industry marketing experience.
• Downstream marketing and new product launch experience.
• Global or regional marketing experience.
• Experience managing creative, digital, or media agency relationships.
