Sr. Marketing Manager
(Seattle, WA - While this is a remote role, candidates should be based within reasonable driving distance of our Seattle office, as occasional in-person meetings may be required on short notice.)


RPI Print is a leading provider of digital print services, powering creative solutions for high-quality brands, including Blurb.com . We specialize in bringing visual storytelling to life through print, serving a diverse range of customers from independent creators to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager with expertise in B2B to join our remote team based in Seattle. As a Sr. Marketing Manager, you are a world-class full-stack marketer with a background in print services and/or content creation platforms, including development of new customer bases for those products. You will leverage your comprehensive experience across digital and offline marketing disciplines to develop, execute, measure and scale compelling multi-channel marketing campaigns geared toward engaging, acquiring, and retaining SMB and enterprise-level customers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development: identify and develop partnerships to further our ability to reach new audiences
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product partners to develop and refine marketing and sales pitches and collateral
  • Define, design, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns and programs to grow customer segments globally, focusing on the SMB and Enterprise spaces
  • Monitor and analyze campaign and program performance, identifying key metrics and insights to optimize ROI and drive improvements
  • Analyze market and industry trends, sharing insights with the broader team to inform strategy and execution.
  • Assist the enterprise sales and engineering teams in streamlining APIs, including change management for new and existing bulk printing customers

Qualifications

  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs and marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of professional, non-internship, marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, business development, print services, or events
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Experience using data, customer research, and anecdotes to support hypotheses, generate forecasts, measure performance, and drive improvements
  • Experience with Power BI and/or high familiarity with Excel (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Deeply collaborative with proven ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver on goals
  • High judgement with problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about digital printing
