Job summary

CÉCRED is seeking a dynamic freelance Sr Creative & Marketing Project Manager to lead creative and marketing initiatives, from conception through delivery, for 20 hours per week.

The role requires a hands-on, deadline-driven leader who can navigate design, copy, and product feedback. You will work with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure brand-aligned results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in creative or marketing.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in project management tools (Asana) and design collaboration (Figma).
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and external partners to deliver brand-compliant work.
• Knowledge of 360 marketing strategies and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for creative and marketing projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, effectively and on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, social & influencer, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Coordinate and manage artwork pipeline and manage all deliverables.
• Track and distribute all feedback, assign projects and schedules for designers.
• Define project deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and develop detailed project plans and timelines.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and providing proactive solutions to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate and manage resources, ensuring proper allocation and utilization.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within allocated resources.

This person will need to work in office at least 2 days a week.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced freelance Sr Creative & Marketing Project Manager for twenty (20) hours a week starting immediately and going through the end of the year (2026). This role is pivotal in supporting creative and marketing projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have passion for marketing, a keen eye for design, and a proven track record of successfully executing projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferable in a creative or marketing environment.
• Proficient in project management software and tools. (Asana, Figma)
• Strong understanding of 360 marketing strategies and planning.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to collaborate closely with design teams, marketing, brand managers, regulatory, supply chain, and external vendors (e.g., artwork houses, printers) to deliver accurate, brand-compliant packaging.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a keen attention to detail.
