Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining lives— where your purpose accelerates our mission.

Your Role at Baxter

This is where your ideas lead to success.

As a Sr. Marketing Associate, you have lots of ideas grounded in research, field feedback, and analysis of trends in the marketplace. Your skills in planning and implementing these ideas are what make you an outstanding business partner and marketer. Your agility and speed of execution are what help us challenge. Your curiosity, love of learning, and active listening give you a significant understanding of healthcare and business.

At Baxter, we are not just promoting the latest life-saving products; we are thinking strategically about getting products to those who need them by understanding the value they provide, the market where they are needed, and the approach to reach the right individuals.

As a large, multinational organization, you have the opportunity to expand your knowledge through collaboration with a variety of individuals, exposure to different facets of our portfolio, and an encouraging leadership team that encourages ongoing development.

This role reports to the Manager, Downstream Marketing, and together, you will be responsible for running the Ambulatory Cardiac Monitoring portfolio of products through product marketing and event management. A successful candidate will be a creative thinker passionate about enhancing clinicians' and patients' experiences using our products through physical and virtual product education and interested in optimizing in-hospital/clinic and Healthcare tradeshow/event experiences.

This hybrid position requires working in the Bellevue office 3 days per week and traveling to 3-5 tradeshows within the US annually.

  • Build strong relationships with our customers and support sales efforts when needed.
  • Lead and implement projects through ambiguity, rolling up sleeves to pave a way forward when next steps aren’t always clear.
  • Contribute to Marketing team effort by accomplishing any additional related tasks as needed.
What you'll bring
