ACE Partners is seeking a hands-on Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead design, troubleshoot, and optimize production processes on the factory floor. You’ll work across cross functional teams to deliver practical solutions to production challenges.

This role requires 7+ years of hands‑on engineering experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and coach others. Laser welding, cutting, or marking experience is highly valued as our equipment strategy evolves.

Job description

We're looking for a hands-on, technically sharp Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team, someone who enjoys solving tough process problems and isn't afraid to get into the weeds on the factory floor.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be at the center of how we design, troubleshoot, and improve the way our products get made. That means:

• Working across cross-functional teams to bring creative, practical solutions to production challenges
• Keeping a close eye on equipment, machines, and tools, and stepping in to fix problems when they cause non-conforming products, low yields, or quality issues
• Working closely with Quality and R&D to bring new products and processes online successfully
• Digging into manufacturing process issues during prototype builds and getting to the root cause, not just the symptom
• Bringing laser processing expertise to the table, welding, cutting, or marking experience is a strong plus given the direction our equipment investment is heading

You’ll also be trusted with bigger-picture work: developing new approaches to tough problems, leading engineering projects that matter to the business, and acting as a go-to technical expert both inside and outside your immediate team. You’ll help identify and bring in the right process equipment, and you’ll be given ownership to investigate and implement new process technologies from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s a plus, not a must)
• 7+ years of hands‑on engineering experience
• Someone who can lead a team, not just manage tasks, coaching and developing others should come naturally to you
• Strong problem‑solving instincts, you like a challenge and don’t shy away from ambiguity
• Solid communication skills, you can explain technical detail clearly to people at every level of the business
• Laser welding, cutting, or marking experience is highly valued
