Position: Senior Manufacturing Manager

Job Purpose: The primary responsibility is to oversee and coordinate activities in PCB manufacturing processes such as Lamination, Inner Layers, LPI, Plasma, and Surface Finishes to meet production goals, quality standards, and cost objectives. This is a hands-on role that involves direct product movement and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize production schedules considering product launches, equipment efficiency, and material supply.
• Develop and manage procedures and budgets; make recommendations for improvements.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure efficient production operations.
• Create work schedules and determine workforce needs.
• Supervise manufacturing activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Interpret job specifications, assign duties, and support employees in following procedures.
• Utilize knowledge of machinery and equipment to ensure timely production.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Motivate staff and implement personnel actions such as promotions and disciplinary measures.
• Maintain accurate production and time records.
• Coordinate with other managers and oversee surrounding areas and facility operations.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate and solve internal and external problems.
• Leadership capability with clear direction-giving skills.
• Familiarity with PCB processes, including Lamination, Plasma Desmear, LPI/Silkscreen, Surface Finishes (immersion gold, ENIG, Tin, Silver).
• Minimum 10+ years PCB experience and 5+ years management experience.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
• US Citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required as this is an ITAR facility.

Additional Information:

• Salary Range: $119,457.90 - $150,000.00 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
