The Manufacturing Solder Process Developer is responsible for all aspects of SMT and wave solder PCB manufacturing processes, including development, sustainment, and productivity activities. This includes creating SMT programs, reflow profiles, and wave profiles to ensure consistent quality, recommending equipment, tooling, and process requirements for new and existing product lines, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
