Bath & Body Works is seeking a seasoned manufacturing/engineering leader to drive the execution of new product launches, including formula scale-up, process validation, and technology transfer. You will partner with Product Development, R&D, Packaging, Quality, Operations and Sourcing to meet budgets and timelines.

This position leads the execution of new product launches through formula scale-up, process validation, and technology transfer activities, ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role is also responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities that drive cost savings, enhance product performance, and improve operational efficiency. Success in this role requires close partnership with Product Development, Research & Development, Packaging, Quality, Operations, and Sourcing to achieve business objectives.
