Bath & Body Works in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead in-house creative projects that educate, engage and delight associates across print, digital and video. You will shape concepts, drive brand consistency and mentor junior designers in a fast-paced environment.
You will collaborate with project managers and partners to deliver polished campaigns on tight timelines, stay ahead of design trends, and continuously elevate both creative and technical skills within the team.

The Senior Graphic Designer supports our in-house creative team to make compelling, best-in‑class content for our Field Associates. They concept, design and produce materials that teach, engage, and appreciate associates across multiple platforms (print/digital/video). They help to drive and inspire innovation across the team and partners to bring to life polished, creative concepts that are relevant, fun, emotional, informative and fulfill our strategic goals. They play a heavy hand in delegation and prioritization for themselves and their direct reports to ensure projects stay on track.
