Job summary

ZT Group Int’l. is seeking a seasoned operations leader to build and scale a high-tech manufacturing logistics organization in Texas. You will manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and customer service standards while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, Lean Six Sigma expertise, and SAP proficiency, with a focus on just‑in‑time material flow and strong cross‑functional collaboration within a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • 8+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous process improvement experience; PMP is a plus.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP or similar software packages is required.
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
  • Knowledge of production, engineering, NPI, finance operations, logistics, quality, and RMA is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate indirect material purchasing and min‑max replenishment for MRO.
  • Manage site shipping and logistics; support shipping, returns, and inter‑company materials.
  • Lead factory scheduling converting orders into job orders for just‑in‑time delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Scale the organization and manage day‑to‑day operations in all warehouse operation areas; attract, keep, and grow your organization.
  • Lead full‑loop inventory accuracy processes by monitoring key indicators in all material flow activities such as cycle counts, stock rotation, return to vendor, etc.
  • Lead training and continuous improvement of all material management and warehouse operations; provide work direction to direct reports and extended team.
  • Establish, scale, and maintain high standards of customer service across all your organizations.
  • Prioritize workload and possess excellent multi‑project management skills.
  • Communicate effectively, both spoken and written, and explain and present technical information across all levels of the organization.
  • Work in a fast‑paced, flexible environment and take initiative to learn new tools and concepts quickly.
  • Responsible for inventory control function that delivers consistent end‑to‑end inventory control processes, methods, and meaningful metrics across all operations.
  • Consolidate and manage indirect material purchasing, and min‑max inventory replenishment to support maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) services.
  • Manage site shipping and logistics functions; support shipping of finished goods, returns to vendors, and inter‑company materials.
  • Lead factory scheduling functions that convert customer orders into job orders for every operation, ensuring synchronized and just‑in‑time delivery of materials across the operation.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
