The Visa Enabler Network (VEN) is Visa's business development and sales organization focused on building strategic relationships with Enablers that expand the reach and distribution of Visa products and capabilities. VEN identifies, develops, and grows Enabler partnerships that help Visa reach multiple downstream clients through a single technology or infrastructure relationship.
Visa Enablers are companies that provide technology, infrastructure, platforms, or services that allow financial institutions, fintechs, software companies, merchants, and other businesses to connect to Visa, access Visa capabilities, or deliver Visa-enabled payment products. Because an Enabler can support multiple downstream clients, its technology can serve as a scalable control point through which Visa accelerates product distribution, implementation, and adoption across the payments ecosystem.
The Senior Manager role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing opportunities with new and emerging Enablers. This individual contributor will source leads, build account strategies, conduct consultative discovery, create value propositions and business cases, coordinate the cross-functional sales process, and convert qualified opportunities into signed agreements and revenue growth.
The Senior Manager will execute against VEN's established strategy, qualification criteria, commercial frameworks, and operating model. The role is accountable for disciplined prospecting, pipeline development, opportunity progression, forecasting, negotiation, and expansion of assigned Enabler relationships.
