DESCRIPTION:
The Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) team is looking to hire a Sr. Manager to lead the WW Amazon Stores University Talent Acquisition Team. Recruiting the right candidates for Amazon is critical to our ability to innovate and build on behalf of customers. AUTA is seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and inventive Sr. Manager with strong client relationship skills, people development and the ability to think differently about how we have delivered talent in North America. This Sr. Manager will work closely with business leadership in North America, while also acting as a global point of contact for all hiring done for these businesses globally.
This role will provide the opportunity to significantly shape and own how we think about Talent Acquisition (TA) within this business as well as being in a great position to directly contribute to the overall global strategy. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $162,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $268,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
