The salary range for this position is estimated at $106,700 - $165,400, based on skills, experience, and organizational needs.
The Director will primarily work from home but must maintain an office in the Chicago/Midwest Region. Residence within a commutable distance is required.

The Advancement Director manages a portfolio of 100-125 prospects, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts of $100,000 and above, involving travel and online meetings. The role requires independent and collaborative work with various stakeholders, with a focus on developing long-term donor relationships.
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years in major gift fundraising, experience with six-figure gifts, residence near Chicago.
Preferred: Broad project management knowledge.
