The Senior Trade Compliance Manager is responsible for managing the division's import and export compliance programs in accordance with U.S. and non-U.S. laws, regulations, and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of a world-class trade compliance program
• Manage trade compliance operational activities
• Monitor regulation updates and inform stakeholders
• Collaborate across functions and locations for compliance and efficiency
• Drive strategic alignment and prioritize initiatives
• Develop KPIs and metrics
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
• Participate in investigations, audits, and disclosures
• Manage root cause analysis and resolution of compliance issues
• Oversee free trade activities and related programs
• Research and summarize local laws and regulations
• Manage post-entry audits and licensing programs
• Review tariff classifications and manage value reconciliation
• Create local work instructions and training
• Oversee Duty Drawback programs and internal audits
• Support employee development in trade compliance

Tools and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• 15+ years in trade compliance
• 7+ years in people management
• Certifications like LCB, CCS/CCLS, CGBP preferred
• Proficiency in ERP systems, trade software, and MS Office
