Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Trade Compliance Technology Manager and lead the implementation and management of trade compliance systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize global trade processes and navigate complex regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a flexible schedule to work across different time zones. While trade compliance experience is not mandatory, exposure to it would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage trade compliance software solutions (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, GTS, Transportation Management Systems, etc).
  • Ensure the company’s systems strategies are addressing the trade compliance business activities and requirements and provide expert guidance.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize trade compliance processes.
  • Provide expert guidance and hands-on support for troubleshooting, enhancements, and system optimization related to trade compliance needs.
  • Represent trade compliance on cross-functional projects involving systems integrations, upgrades or trade compliance process improvements while adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Utilize project tools such as project charters and plans to track objectives and progress.
  • Monitor and analyze trade compliance data to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Communicate effectively within the department and with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience with implementation and management software solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with implementation and management trade compliance software solutions.
  • Proven project management experience, preferably in a global setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
