Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr Manager, Supply Chain Applications to lead a team supporting and optimizing critical supply chain software across distributed DC operations. This remote role focuses on ensuring reliable application performance for warehouse processes.

You will guide incident management, root-cause analysis, and system enhancements while collaborating with development, testing, and deployment teams to keep warehouse management applications up-to-date.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in application support or systems analysis.
• 3+ years managing a team.
• Proficiency in warehouse management system code and database structures.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and revision control tools.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Manager, Supply Chain Applications to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This leader will oversee the support and optimization of critical supply chain applications that enable distribution center operations across the business.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $159,600 - $239,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 5-7 in supply chain application support

• Handle incident management for all distribution centers
