The Roger Bacon Academy is looking for a Senior Manager of Strategic Execution to oversee the delivery of medical, clinical, and commercial programs. The Senior Manager, Strategic Execution supports the delivery of medical, clinical, and commercial programs by managing key aspects of project planning and execution. The role owns the end-to-end delivery of defined‑scope programs and leads defined components of more complex, multi‑stream programs, working closely with CPs and or Principals/Directors. Senior Managers play a critical role in translating strategy into high‑quality execution while escalating risks and decisions as appropriate.

This job operates in a professional virtual environment and is dependent on location, with occasional in-person office environment. Travel may be required to support onsite execution of programs. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
This is largely a sedentary role – prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
This is a full‑time position.
