We seek a high-caliber ServiceNow ITOM Solution Consultant to model and advise on CMDB and Service Mapping for clients. The role involves working with clients to model infrastructure, assess current processes, define requirements, and oversee implementations. Deep experience in ServiceNow CMDB, Service Mapping, and related development is essential.

Required Skills:

• ServiceNow Certifications in Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB
• Experience with at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
• 3+ years specializing in ServiceNow, focusing on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Expertise in CSDM 4.0 and large enterprise implementations
• Modeling infrastructure in ServiceNow CMDB
• Understanding of cloud, networking, compute, containers, and application services
• 5+ years in ITSM/ITIL and CMDB processes
• 8+ years in professional services/consulting
• Experience documenting tool requirements and comparing vendor solutions
• Proficiency in ServiceNow JavaScript and glide queries
• Active Secret Security Clearance

Desired Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
