An established industry player is seeking a Salesforce Manager to lead the management of Salesforce environments and oversee the software development lifecycle. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases, implementing new products, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with significant experience in Salesforce, including both classic and lightning versions. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, adhering to the company's remote work guidelines, and provides an exciting opportunity to make impactful contributions in a dynamic environment.
Summary of Duties: Manage Salesforce environments including Production, Full and Partial Development Sandboxes. Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring the proper structures are in place for the on-time delivery of high quality product releases. Deliver results on complex development projects involving teams across the Product Development department and SVB as a whole. Resolve employee conflicts through creative means to assure employee support and accountability to timely and quality project execution. Perform hands-on configuration in alignment with enterprise strategy, change management and deployment processes. Implement new products and packages within Salesforce & nCino. Communicate updates throughout the company. Collaborate with internal customers and departmental leadership. Drive process improvement changes to ensure high productivity and quality of services provided. Maintain high-level familiarity with other IT system/business application capabilities. Partner with Architecture and the Salesforce Product Owner to understand current and future strategies and objectives. Partner with various teams to research, resolve, and document production issues. Align architecture and design decisions with SVB's architecture guidelines and standards. Gather business requirements working with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and end users. May work remotely pursuant to First Citizens' Remote Work Guidelines policy.
Qualifications: Position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in a related occupation.
