Raptive is seeking a dynamic, future-forward Sr. Manager, Sales Marketing to join our industry-leading team. In this role, you’ll create innovative, insight-driven proposals that connect advertisers to the 5,700+ high-impact creator brands in our portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone fluent in the evolving media landscape where brand storytelling meets performance marketing, and creator content is the new premium inventory. You will help lead the charge in redefining how brands show up across creator-led ecosystems, leveraging cultural relevance, audience targeting, and media fluency to deliver real outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Translate briefs into breakthroughs Lead the development of creative, insight-rich advertising pitches that align with advertiser KPIs
  • Champion creators as the new powerhouse publishers Articulate the connection between the creator economy and brand marketing, translating creator-led storytelling into scalable branded media and content solutions
  • Lead with strategy and partnership Work hand-in-hand with sales, creative, and insights partners to lead high-impact projects, build strategic narratives, and serve as a trusted partner across categories and key accounts
  • Inspire through storytelling Develop and present compelling, tailored pitch materials with high-impact design, visuals, and language that drive decisions and unlock revenue
  • Contribute to innovation Share your ideas to inform our sales strategy, new product offerings, and new internal systems to enhance workflow

The skills and experience you bring to the job:

  • 3+ years in digital media sales marketing, content strategy, or branded content (publisher, platform, or ad tech)
  • Curious, collaborative, and culturally fluent—you’re always connecting the dots between brand, audience, and platform
  • Working knowledge of how to address advertiser KPIs, targeting goals, and creative needs
  • Passion for creator-led content and a POV on how it fits into today’s omnichannel media plans
  • Solution-driven approach to work with an emphasis on finding, and articulating, the best ideas
  • Confident working across insight platforms, creative tools, and AI-assisted resources to build standout proposals.
  • Extensive experience responding to RFPs, building proactive campaigns, and collaborating closely with sales and sales support teams
  • Strong command of insights, storytelling, and creative packaging across presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.)

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
