  • Refine messaging, outreach playbooks, and campaign calendars
  • Represent DRT at trade shows and events to build client relationships
  • Monitor seasonality and adjust planning in real-time (especially Q1 & Q2)
  • Identify key KPIs and Scorecard elements and report on them weekly

Marketing Execution
  • Drive lead generation through direct marketing (postcards, cold outreach, referrals)
  • Oversee social media presence and performance
  • Leverage automation and AI tools to create content, collateral, and emails
  • Work with the designer and developer to support campaigns and data-driven targeting

  • Manage one sales representative; support future BDR hire
  • Align sales efforts with marketing campaigns for maximum impact
  • Maintain Aloware, Pipedrive, and internal CRM for visibility across the pipeline
  • Reinforce referral programs and partnerships with venues

  • Strong track record with lead generation, direct mail, and content creation
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and dialers (e.g., Aloware)
  • Affinity for technology, especially AI-assisted workflows
  • Highly accountable, self-motivated, and eager to own a function
  • A personality that will appeal to our Dance Studio clients
Nice-to-Haves
  • Background in dance, performing arts, or having run a studio
  • Prior experience in a ticketing or event software company
  • Leadership experience managing sales or marketing teams
  • Remote: Open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. (Augusta, Georgia preferred)
  • Impact: Report directly to the CEO and shape the future of DRT
  • Tools: Pipedrive, internal CRM, Aloware, creative freedom
  • Start Date: ASAP – we’re ready when you are

This is your chance to take the reins of sales and marketing for a loved and growing brand with loyal customers and massive untapped potential.
