Uber is seeking a Senior Program Manager to define best-in-class programs for global initiatives, balancing safety, growth, and user experience. You will organize cross‑functional teams, orchestrate complex projects, and influence without formal authority in a fast‑moving environment.
This role emphasizes driving strategic roadmaps, implementing controls against fraud, and collaborating with Safety, Product, Engineering, and Legal to deliver scalable results.
Leading at Uber means setting direction in motion, not waiting for perfect conditions. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be a strategic architect tasked with defining "best-in-class" for our most critical global initiatives—whether scaling world-class sales acquisition motions or establishing safe, scalable support for the future. You will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, making time, information, and decision‑making more effective across a high‑stakes, fast‑moving landscape.
This role is for a disciplined operator who thrives in the "messy reality" of a global business and can bring order to high‑complexity problem spaces. You won't just manage a roadmap; you will navigate regional nuances, influence without formal authority, and carry the weight of decisions that impact the reliability and growth of the Uber platform. If you are an entrepreneurial thinker who can balance shifting priorities with long‑term vision and a safety‑first mindset, this is where you’ll make your mark.
Rate of Pay: $203,000 to $248,000 per year
You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits. More details can be found at the following link https://www.uber.com/careers/benefits.
This isn't the kind of place where you follow a playbook — it's where you help write one.
You may be eligible for bonuses, equity, and other compensation, as well as a range of benefits.
Offices remain key to collaboration and Uber's culture. Unless approved for full remote work, employees must spend at least 50% of their time in-office. Some roles, like those at greenlight hubs, require full‑time in‑office presence.
