Job summary

First Citizens is seeking a Product Management Leader to drive strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. You will define the product vision, lead a team of product professionals, and prioritize backlogs to deliver value.

Ideal candidates have deep Coupa and S2P/CLM experience, a track record of agile leadership, and the ability to partner with business, IT, and vendors to scale procurement capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years IT or Business System management experience OR High School Diploma with 10+ years IT or Business System management experience
• Experience with Coupa is required or strongly preferred
• Experience in Source to Pay processes and Contract Lifecycle Management platforms is highly valued
• PM/PO experience and Agile delivery methods are essential

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for Procure-to-Pay and CLM capabilities.
• Lead a team of product professionals, prioritizing backlogs based on value and user experience.
• Partner with business units, IT and vendors to deliver scalable procurement and contracting solutions.

Overview

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

We are seeking an experienced Product Management Leader to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. This role will be responsible for defining product vision, managing a team of product professionals, prioritizing product backlogs, and partnering closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver scalable procurement and contracting capabilities.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Coupa, Source-to-Pay processes, Product Management/Product Ownership, and Contract Lifecycle Management platforms, with a strong track record of leading Agile product teams and delivering business value through technology solutions.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Business Strategy – Define and own the product vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for Procure-to-Pay and Contract Lifecycle Management capabilities. Contributes to the development of the system strategy through partnership with business unit leaders, IT, and other key stakeholders. Ensures alignment both inside and outside of through personal leadership efforts.
• System Support - Manages a team responsible for design, configuration, reporting, testing, implementation and upgrades of their supported business system(s). Oversees efforts to troubleshoot and improve processes for end users. Owns and prioritizes the product backlog based on value delivered, end-user experience, risk mitigation and organizational priorities.
• Managerial Functions - Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve company and department goals. Manages the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff. Maximizes group achievements by providing technical and professional development.
• Change Management - Leads change management efforts across the organization for their business system. Provides appropriate training and education for business users, managers, and associates, as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Information Technology or Business System management or specific systems to be supported OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Information Technology or Business System management or specific systems to be supported

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Coupa
• Experience in Source to Pay Process
• Product Manager/ Product owner experience
• Experience with contract management tool (Icertis or other)
• Agile delivery method
