Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking an experienced Product Management Leader to drive strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise S2P and CLM solutions. The role requires leading Agile teams and collaborating with stakeholders, IT, and vendors to deliver procurement and contracting capabilities.

The ideal candidate has deep Coupa/S2P experience and a strong track record in product management and CLM platforms. This is a hybrid role with time spent in office settings as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Coupa and Source-to-Pay processes
• Product Manager/Product Owner experience
• Experience with contract management tools (Icertis or similar)
• Agile delivery methodology

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for Procure-to-Pay and CLM capabilities.
• Manage a team responsible for design, configuration, reporting, testing, implementation and upgrades of their supported business systems.
• Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve company and department goals; manages performance and development of assigned staff.
• Leads change management across the organization for their business system; provides training for users, managers and associates.
