Currently seeking a candidate with strong financial analytics experience to support McKesson’s Pharmaceutical Pricing division. The ideal candidate should have proven success in Pricing or FP&A roles with a strong ability to influence decisions among stakeholders.
The Senior Pricing Manager for Generics plays a pivotal role in the pharmaceutical industry by focusing on innovative pricing strategies that drive business growth within McKesson's expansive health systems portfolio. This position demands a strong foundation in data analytics, strategic thinking, and a profound understanding of the generics market dynamics. By leveraging data-driven insights, the Senior Pricing Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, and FP&A to spearhead pricing initiatives that maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring a competitive market position.
The role involves developing dashboards, reports, and tools to monitor market share fluctuations and identify new opportunities, keeping a pulse on the competitive landscape. Building robust relationships with internal and external clients is essential, facilitating engagement and supporting informed pricing decisions amidst market shifts. Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory or management experience.
MBA preferred in finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
General Office Demands
Base pay range: $108,700 - $181,100. Compensation includes potential bonuses and incentives, aligned with market and performance factors. Benefits details available on our website.
