Job summary

Zscaler is hiring a Sr. Manager, People Data Infrastructure and Platforms. This hybrid role can be based in Santa Clara, CA HQ or Bellevue, WA, reporting to the VP of People & Culture AI and Data.

You will evolve a trusted workforce data ecosystem, build analytics products, and enable AI-powered insights across the enterprise. You will lead data governance, scale data pipelines on Snowflake, and partner with cross-functional teams to reduce manual reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in People Analytics or related fields.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Cloud data architecture experience with Snowflake.
• Experience with Visier/Tableau/Power BI for analytics.
• Strong governance and data quality capabilities.
• Product-minded with a focus on self-service analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale the People data foundation across the enterprise.
• Establish data governance and metric certification standards.
• Lead development of analytics products on Visier and Snowflake.
• Partner with People AI and technology teams to build governed data layers.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
