Molex, a Koch company, seeks a Senior Manager for Operational Performance Analytics to frame ambiguous problems, connect functions, and deliver measurable improvements in on-time delivery and efficiency. This onsite role in Lisle, IL partners with Product, Supply Chain, and Plant Operations to synthesize data and drive strategic investments.

You will lead KPI development, performance storytelling, and automation initiatives while collaborating across teams to deliver tangible business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and supply chain planning tools.
• Experience presenting to cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Experience turning large datasets into usable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and dashboard tools.

Responsibilities

• Build a clear, consistent view of OCG operational performance across the quote-to-shipment cycle by combining data from Product, Supply Chain, Plant Operations, Order Management, Finance, and Sales Ops.
• Develop and maintain a practical set of operational KPIs and performance views such as on-time delivery, lead time, forecast accuracy, backlog aging, and inventory availability.
• Create insights with trend analysis, driver analysis, root cause, and early warning indicators to guide action.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and efficiency by surfacing bottlenecks and handoff issues.
• Support improvement work by sizing opportunities, testing hypotheses, and tracking benefits from baseline to realized impact.
• Prioritize automation opportunities to reduce cycle time and improve data quality.
• Enable recurring performance rhythms with clear narratives and visuals for leadership reviews.
• Handle ad hoc requests from leadership and manage multiple projects in a high-growth environment.
