Job summary

Quantum-Si is seeking a Sr Manager of Supply Chain Logistics to lead the flow of goods, resources, and information critical to our supply chain. You will oversee inventory control, distribution, and logistics to meet delivery goals and KPIs.

In this role, you will manage third-party logistics performance, optimize ERP-driven inventory processes, and coordinate domestic and international shipments, including import/export and customs requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
• Experience with logistics, warehousing and distribution, including international import/export.
• Ability to work with large datasets and develop analytic models.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to executive audience.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution and logistics for Quantum-Si including onboarding new territories and customers, manage logistics providers, ensure timely shipments, and resolve delivery issues.
• Responsible for the performance of third-party logistics partners.
• Manage inventory distribution and accuracy to ensure timely internal and external distribution of materials.
• Utilize and improve ERP system for Inventory management & accuracy (NetSuite).
• Lead inventory close improvements including cycle count, reconciliation, inventory and E&O analyses.
• Improve practices to reduce inventory variance and improve cycle times and lead times.
• Coordinate shipping and distribution of commercial sales domestically and internationally, including import/export, VAT and customs.
• May assist with receiving packages and shipments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

The Sr Manager of Supply Chain Logistics manages the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs. They are responsible for inventory management, distribution, and logistics with strategies to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve operational goals. They are responsible for leading coordination activities with inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain and meet customer delivery expectations. Resolves bottlenecks or problem areas in the supply chain including global and local delivery/logistics challenges, inventory management and control.

**As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be:**

• Lead distribution and logistics for QSI including supporting the commercial team on-board new territories and customers, manage logistics providers, ensure timely shipments, and pro-actively resolve any delivery issues.
• Responsible for the performance of third-party logistics partners.
• Manage inventory distribution and accuracy to ensure timely internal and accurate distribution of materials.
• Utilize and improve ERP system for Inventory management & accuracy.
• Lead and implement best practices around inventory close including cycle count, reconciliation, inventory and E&O processes and analysis.
• Improve business practices to reduce inventory variance and improve cycle times, lead times.
• Lead coordination of shipping and distribution of commercial sales activities domestically and internationally, including addressing logistics of import / export, VAT and customs.
• May require time spent on assisting and receiving packages and shipments
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply Chain, Business or related field
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a logistics or other relevant supply chain role
• Experiencing with logistics, warehousing and distribution, including international import/export
• Ability to work with large datasets and develop analytic models
• Strong communication skillsand ability to present to executive audience
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Strong experience in ERP and MRP systems; NetSuite preferred
• Strong experience using Excel or Google sheets

Ideally, you also have these skills/experiences/attributes (but it’s ok if you don’t!):

• Experience improving and implementing new processes, especially in ERP systems
• Working in life science/biotech industry with experience with chemical manufacturing processing to semiconductor and instrumentation

The estimated base salary range for this role based in the United States of America is: $140,000-$150,000.

In addition to base salary, full-time employees are eligible to participate in Quantum-Si's discretionary annual bonus program and may receive equity awards as part of the total compensation package.

Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the position level, relevant skills, knowledge, experience, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and market data.
