Flourish Health is seeking a Senior Manager of People Operations to lead a growing HR function remotely across multiple states. You will oversee employee relations, benefits, HRIS/ATS administration, leave management, and compliance while guiding a team of HR professionals.
The role emphasizes strategic leadership, scaling HR operations, staying current on employment laws (FMLA/ADA) and partnering with the Director of People Operations on policy and risk mitigation as the company grows.

This role is ideal for a seasoned HR leader who thrives in growing organizations, brings deep expertise in multi-state compliance and team management, and can lead the evolution of our People Ops function as we grow from a small to large organization.
No employee request is too small for your attention, but you also bring a wealth of perspective on how we can build better HR team functions in a remote environment. You will oversee core People Ops functions spanning employee relations, benefits and HRIS administration, leave administration and compliance — while managing and developing a team of collaborative HR professionals.
