Description:

At Riverside Insights, the Sr. Manager of Community Partnerships plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships within the community-assigned accounts. This leader will develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals, coach and guide a team of sales professionals, and ensure the delivery of outstanding results. With a focus on collaboration, process discipline, and scalable sales strategies, this role is essential to achieving our mission of empowering educators and learners through innovative solutions.

In this role, you will get to:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets, focusing on renewals, cross-sells, and upsells.
  2. Enhance client retention by implementing strategic initiatives and delivering personalized support.
  3. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 5 sales representatives to ensure consistent high performance and accountability.
  4. Optimize CRM tools to monitor pipeline activities, streamline sales processes, and support accurate forecasting.
  5. Cultivate a customer-focused culture by identifying client needs and fostering trust and loyalty.
  6. Create scalable strategies to drive pipeline growth and sustain long-term account success.
  7. Oversee performance management, providing structured feedback and actionable development plans for team members.
  8. Promote a leadership approach rooted in accountability, empathy, and fostering a high-performance team environment.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in education or business preferred.
  2. 3+ years of proven sales success, consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
  3. 2+ years of experience in sales leadership, managing teams with revenue targets.
  4. Proficiency in high-volume sales, consultative strategies, and client retention within educational or B2B settings.
  5. Strong expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools.
  6. Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales representatives, driving adherence to effective sales processes.
  7. Experience designing and implementing scalable strategies for renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
  8. Ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback and implement performance improvement initiatives.
  9. Proven track record of achieving or surpassing revenue and pipeline goals.
