Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Manager, Marketing Programs and Communications based in United States.

This role offers an opportunity to lead integrated marketing programs that directly support business growth, customer engagement, and brand visibility. You will translate go-to-market strategies into measurable campaigns spanning digital, email, social media, content, events, webinars, and corporate communications. The position combines hands-on campaign execution with strategic communications and compelling storytelling. You will collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, executive leadership, and external partners to create a consistent and credible market presence. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of B2B marketing, healthcare or healthcare SaaS, and data-driven campaign optimization. You will also help strengthen customer retention and expansion while contributing to a fast-moving, mission-driven marketing organization.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing plans across campaigns, webinars, email nurture, social media, content, events, and corporate communications, ensuring programs are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Translate go-to-market strategies into measurable marketing initiatives designed to support new business acquisition, customer retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
  • Manage paid and earned media and partner programs, including sponsored content, newsletters, webinars, video, and publisher initiatives, overseeing execution from creative development through performance reporting.
  • Draft and distribute press releases while managing relationships with agencies, analysts, media outlets, publishers, and other external communications partners.
  • Develop executive visibility and thought-leadership programs that strengthen brand awareness, market credibility, and industry positioning.
  • Establish and maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across websites, social media, press relations, marketing materials, and internal communications.
  • Measure and report campaign performance against engagement, lead conversion, marketing-qualified lead, pipeline, and other relevant business objectives.
  • Use data and performance insights to continuously optimize campaigns, improve marketing effectiveness, and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
  • Develop and implement customer retention and expansion programs designed to strengthen existing relationships and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, executive leadership, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align marketing programs with business priorities.
  • Manage projects, timelines, budgets, agencies, freelancers, and other external resources while maintaining high execution standards.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative, results-oriented marketing culture.
Requirements
  • 5–7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within technology or SaaS environments, with demonstrated expertise spanning marketing communications and campaign execution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare or healthcare SaaS is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Proven success developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing programs from strategy through delivery, consistently meeting deadlines and budget expectations.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, social media, content, webinars, events, corporate communications, paid media, earned media, and demand generation.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and executive communication skills, with the ability to create clear, persuasive messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Strong storytelling abilities and the capacity to develop compelling content that supports brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Experience using website CMS, marketing automation, and CRM platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through influence rather than direct authority.
  • Data-fluent approach with the ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret marketing metrics, and make informed optimization decisions.
  • Experience mentoring team members and managing freelancers, agencies, media partners, or other external resources.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong collaborative mindset and ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel periodically for industry events, company meetings, or team collaboration as needed.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary of $135,000–$160,000, with compensation varying based on geographic market, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • 401(k) plan with employer match.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) plan.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact B2B marketing programs within the healthcare technology space.
  • Exposure to executive communications, thought leadership, demand generation, customer expansion, and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners while developing strategic and hands-on marketing expertise.
