We are looking for a talented Manager, Information Technology (IT) to join our experienced IT team. This position will lead a group of Business Systems Analysts and will focus on delivering exceptional IT capabilities to support the current and future needs of the Customer Operations and Service organizations. The incumbent will work directly with business leaders and users, manage and support Oracle E-Business Suite modules and integrations with other enterprise applications. This role needs to have a broad range of technical and functional knowledge, with a good blend of problem solving and communication skills; ability to align regional requirements with global templates and deliver solution architectures across multiple projects.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $135,718-$199,053 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
